Allen was the past Chairman of the Board and is a current member of the Revolving Loan Fund and the Finance Committees. Allen serves as the treasurer of the MWV Kiwanis.

Pat serves as the Vice President of the Ossipee Main Street Board of Directors where she volunteers many hours each week and is a board member of the Eastern Lakes Housing Coalition. Pat serves as the secretary of the MWVEC Board of Directors.

Brenda Leavitt

Brenda is the former managing partner of Badger Realty. She has more than 39 years of real estate experience and is licensed in NH and ME. A community activist, Brenda believes the key to success is to give back to your community by becoming involved. Brenda’s commitment to the community includes: Founder of the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund, Representative to the AD Assoc. (ME), and the National Committee of Certified Diabetes Educators.

Art Mathisen
Memorial Hospital Rep.
Art Mathisen is the President of Memorial Hospital. Mathisen earned his master’s in health care administration from Baylor University in 2006, and over his 18 years as an Army officer, he held several Medical Service Corps posts. After retiring from the military in 2013, he held hospital executive roles first in Virginia and later at Copley Hospital in Vermont. He and his wife, Jen, live in Conway and have three grown children. When Art is not working, he enjoys outdoor recreation.

Josh McAllister

Josh is a VP and partner at HEB Engineers, Inc and a licensed professional engineer in NH, ME and VT. Josh was the past Chair of the Council’s Board, and currently serves as the President of the MWV Cal Ripken board, and is a member of the MWV Career Tech Center’s Advisory Board. Josh lives in Center Conway with his wife Aly, son Jack and daughter Maren.

Andrew Orsini

Andy is a VP, Senior Financial Advisor/Portfolio Manager with Merrill Lynch and currently serves as the Chairman of the MWVEC Board. Andy previously served on the Boards of Memorial Hospital, the Conway Area Humane Society and Tin Mountain Conservation Center. Andy is a member of the MWV Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his Board position, Andy serves on the Council’s Finance Committee and is on the Chair of the Tech Village Realty Management Corp.’s board.

Dan Ouellette

Dan has broad executive experience having held a number of senior postions at John Hancock Financial Services. In addition to his Board position Dan also serves as the Council’s Treasurer, is the Chair of the Finance Committee and is Secretary and Treasurer for the Tech Village Realty Management Corp. Dan is also the Treasurer and on the Board of 113 Newbury Condo Association.

Gail Paine

Gail is a retired Program Coordinator for Granite State College, former member of the NH State Board of Education and the NH Juvenile Parole Board. In addition to her Council Board position, Gail is a Trustee of the Goldberg Foundation and serves on the Board of Visiting Nurses Home Care & Hospice of Carroll County, and is an Emeritis Board Member of the MW Obs. Gail is also Supervisor of the Bartlett Checklist.

Tamara Roberge

Tamara is the Coordinator of Workforce Development and Community Education at White Mountains Community College. Tamara is an adjunct faculty member for WMCC, on the board of the Coos Economic Development Corp., a member of the Coos Economic Development Strategy, a member of the Granite United Way Community Impact Committee and on the MWV Workforce Committee. She enjoys gardening, fishing, and camping with her husband, 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Ron Sandstrom

Ron brings 35 years of computer industry experience to MWV. Ron has a Masters in Computer Science, is the author of multiple patents, and is the founder of MiriSystems LLC. and RLSAND Inc. Ron is the Chair of MWVFirst, an organization supporting STEM initiatives in the Valley. Students involved with MWVFirst have participated at the Robotics world championships. In addition to his Board position, Ron also is on the board of the Tech Village Realty Management Corp.

Ace Tarberry

Ace was born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley, and is the Marketing Coordinator with the Berry Companies. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Conway Lake Conservation Association and serves on the Council’s Revolving Loan Fund Committee

Greydon Turner

Greydon Turner raised his family in Mount Washington Valley since 1992. He has worked 20 years in the foodservice industry in various roles, most recently as a consultant. Greydon works as a Realtor with Pinkham Real Estate.
