Staci grew up in the Mount Washington Valley and is the Managing Partner at Flatbread Company where she has been employed since 2003. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the MWV Chamber of Commerce.
Andy is an attorney at the law firm of Cooper Cargill Chant, P.A. and lives in Intervale with his wife, son and daughter. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking and spending time outdoors. Andy is an avid Red Sox fan, Patriots fan and is currently learning to play the guitar. Andy also serves on the boards of the MWV Housing Coalition, the MWV Children’s Museum and the Cranmore Race Team.
Allen is a VP and a Small Business Relationship Manager at TD Bank, NA. With more than 25 years of lending experience, he services the small business community of Carroll County. His involvement at the Council includes being a member of the Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the Finance Committee. Allen is also Chairman-elect. Allen serves as the treasurer of the MWV Kiwanis.
Bob was born and raised in Mount Washington Valley, and is CEO of Purity Spring Resort. He has overseen many expansions of the business, the largest of which was the purchase and reconstruction of what is now Danforth Bay Camping Resort in Freedom. He also serves on the New Hampshire Tramway Board, Snocountry Board, and the Ski New Hampshire Board of Directors.
Pat serves as the Vice President of the Ossipee Main Street Board of Directors where she volunteers many hours each week and serves on the board of the Eastern Lakes Housing Coalition. On the MWVEC Board of Directors, she serves as Secretary.
Josh is a VP and partner at HEB Engineers, Inc and a licensed professional engineer in NH, ME and VT. Josh currently serves as the Chair of the Council’s Board and is on the board of the Tech Village Realty Management Corp. Josh also serves on the Board of the MWV Housing Coalition and is a member of the MWV Career Tech Center and the Millen Foundation. Josh lives in Center Conway with his wife Aly, son Jack and daughter Marin.
Andy is a VP, Senior Financial Advisor/Portfolio Manager with Merrill Lynch. Andy is a Board member of the Conway Area Humane Society and previously served on the Boards of Memorial Hospital and Tin Mountain Conservation Center. Andy is a member of the MWV Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his Board position, Andy serves on the Council’s Finance Committee and is on the board of the Tech Village Realty Management Corp.
Dan has broad executive experience having held a number of senior postions at John Hancock Financial Services. In addition to his Board position Dan also serves as the Council’s Treasurer, is the Chair of the Finance Committee and is Secretary and Treasurer for the Tech Village Realty Management Corp. Dan is also the Treasurer and part of the Executive Board of 113 Newbury Association.
Gail is a retired Program Coordinator for Granite State College, former member of the NH State Board of Education and the NH Juvenile Parole Board. In addition to her Council Board position, Gail is a Trustee of the Goldberg Foundation, and serves of the Boards of NHE Corp. Foundation, Northern Carroll County VNA & Hospice, and is an Emeritis Board Member of the MW Obs. Gail is also Supervisor of the Bartlett Checklist.
Linda Fox Phillips
Linda is a Senior Lecturer of Social Sciences at Granite State College and an independent grant writer. In addition to her Board position, Linda co-chaired the Council’s Eggs and Issues programs for more than 15 years.

Kevin is Superintendent of Schools for School Administrative Unit (SAU) #9.
Tamara is the Coordinator of Workforce Development and Community Education at White Mountains Community College. She is responsible for developing and implementing non-credit and customized training for business and industry. Tamara is an adjunct faculty member for WMCC, on the board of the Coos Economic Development Corp. and is a member of the Coos Economic Development Strategy. She enjoys gardening, fishing, and camping with her husband, three daughters and seven grandchildren.
Ron brings 34 years of computer industry experience to MWV. Ron has a Masters in Computer Science, is the author of multiple patents, and is the founder of MiriSystems LLC. and RLSAND Inc. Ron is the Chair of MWVFirst, an organization supporting STEM initiatives in the Valley. Students involved with MWVFirst have participated at the Robotics world championships. In addition to his Board position, Ron also is on the board of the Tech Village Realty Management Corp.
Ace was born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley, and is a real estate development and marketing assistant with Attitash Mountain Service Company and NorthConwayLodging.com. After finishing college and skiing and sailing professionally for 5 years, he returned to the Valley in 2016. He is a member of the Conway Lake Conservation Association “Weed Watchers” Committee, on the board of the Mt. Washington Valley Ski Team and is Chairman of the Center Conway Surf Club.
Joanne is a First Vice President, Business Development Officer at Northway Bank, responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships in the community and offering the highest level of customer service, advice, strategies, and solutions for Northway’s customers. With more than 30 years of banking experience, Joanne services customers from West Ossipee to Berlin. She also serves on the board of The Gibson Center. Joanne lives in Ossipee with her husband Don.
