
Sara Young-Knox
Albany Town Representative
Sara Young-Knox is the former editor of The Berlin Reporter, a weekly newspaper in Berlin, NH. She has also contributed articles to the New Hampshire Business Review and other publications. Sara worked for Salmon Press as a reporter for the Carroll County Independent and editor of the Berlin Reporter. After leaving Berlin, she wrote feature articles for the Mountain Ear and was a correspondent with the NH Union Leader. In addition, she has served on the Albany Select Board and Albany School Board.

Vicki Garland
Bartlett Town Representative
Vicki Garland has worked for the Bartlett School District since 2000 where she is the Family Support Liaison and the Homeless Liaison. She is also the Student Advocate for Jackson and Bartlett students at Kennett HS. She previously worked for the former Family Health Center as the prenatal social worker, health educator, and HIV/STD test counselor. She also taught behavioral and social sciences for Granite State College. She is also a Bartlett Selectman.

Hollie Hazzard

Hollie is the owner/publisher of Buyer’s Guide to Real Estate publications. With over 30 years of hospitality/sales experience in the Mt. Washington Valley, Hollie understands how special our area is; and how fortunate we are to live here. Hollie brings her background in marketing and spirit of entrepreneurship to the board. Hollie is an active member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors Affiliates and is a Commissioner with the Saco River Corridor Commission.

Sue Perry

Sue Perry is a Vice President and Commercial Loan officer for Union Bank, responsible for commercial lending and new business development in the Conway area. She currently serves as
a board member and treasurer of the Mother Seton House in Fryeburg, ME and is Chairperson of the Chatham School Board in Chatham, NH.

Mary Carey Seavey

Mary is the Director of RSVP. Her career background includes Sales Director, Service Contract Manager and Account Executive. Mary has broad experience in budget development, financial forecasting, fundraising, niche marketing, and personnel management. Mary serves as a Selectman for the Town of Conway. In addition, she is a member of: Carroll County Broadband, Dinner Bell North, Friends of Conway Rec, MWV AARP Age-Friendly Steering Committee, Our Lady of the Mountains Parish Outreach, Rotary Club of North Conway, and Valley Vision TV-1301.

Scott Cunningham
Freedom Town Representative
Scott Cunningham is a former Freedom selectman. He was on the faculty of the Harvard Business School for 10 years before starting a management consulting firm. His areas of expertise include marketing, strategy, and organizational behavior. A graduate of Tufts, he received an MBA and Doctorate in Business from Harvard. He is also on the board of the Freedom Historical Society and the Freedom Heritage Commission.

Brenda Leavitt
Fryeburg Town Representative
Brenda is the managing partner of Badger Realty. She has more than 39 years of real estate experience and is licensed in NH and ME. A community activist, Brenda believes the key to success is to give back to your community by becoming involved. Brenda’s commitment to the community includes: Founder of the Miranda Leavitt Diabetes Fund, Representative to the AD Assoc. (ME), and the National Committee of Certified Diabetes Educators.

Scott Badger
Jackson Town Representative
Scott grew up in Jackson, where he currently resides. Scott serves on the Jackson Planning Board and the JHome Housing Committee as well as the MWV Economic Council’s Revolving Loan Fund Committee and the MWV Regional Roundtable Advisory Council. Scott is also a founding partner of Lupine, Inc., a pet accessory manufacturing business operating in Center Conway since 1992.

Ted Kramer

Ted is the President of the Silver Lake Association of Madison, serves on the NH Lakes state committee and is active in the town affairs of Madison. A retired Marketing Executive for General Electric, he currently serves as President of the Technology Village Realty Management Board as well as being Vice Chairperson of the Executive Committee.

Donna Gridley
Ossipee Town Representative
Donna grew up in Ohio and summered in NH. She has a BS in Marketing from Ohio State University and worked in the plastics industry in finance, sales and marketing for 35 years. She moved to Center Ossipee in 2005 and currently serves as a member of the Town of Ossipee Budget Committee. Donna enjoys baking and knitting.

Patricia Farley
Tamworth Town Representative
Pat is a member of the Tamworth Planning Board, Chairs the Tamworth Economic Develop. Commission, serves as the secretary for the Lakes Region Planning Commission, is a member of the Tamworth Visitors Council and is the LRPC representative for the Carroll County Broadband initiative. She is a graduate of Brown University with a degree in Anthropology/ Archaeology and has participated in digs in Jefferson, NH, Petra in Jordan, and Strawbery Banke in Portsmouth Pat serves on the TV Realty Management Corp. board.
