Technical Assistance

MWVEC offers one-on-one business technical assistance to start-up and growing companies as well as aspiring entrepreneurs in business plan development for strategic planning and financing purposes.

Most advisory meetings typically last one hour to one and one-half hours long and are absolutely free. To set up a meeting, please email contact Jac Cuddy, Executive Director at or call 603-447-6622 for an appointment.

Micro-Enterprise Program

With generous support from the Community Development Finance Authority and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development via a Community Development Block Grant, the Council is developing programs specifically targeting low- and moderate-income individuals who either own or want to start their own company or service.

Operations with fewer than five employees are considered “micro-enterprise” and are the kinds of start-ups most in need of technical assistance for long-term success.  The Council will be offering free workshops on a variety of topics to support micro-enterprise businesses.  See our event page for a list of our current offerings.

Revolving Loan Fund

If you have an idea for a startup business, or need to expand your business, the Council’s Revolving Loan Fund can help. Please click here for additional information on how the program works.

For information on any of these programs contact Jac Cuddy at or 603-447-6622.
