This workshop will act as primer for first time supervisors. During this course, the subtle and not-so-subtle shifts from co-worker to authority figure will be discussed. You will also learn to identify the DISC style of others quickly and accurately, while recognizing the strengths and limitations of each style. New supervisor strategies and techniques will be discussed so that you can implement them in your workplace.
