With an extensive background in banking and business development in the Valley, Jac is a Certified Economic Developer and a SCORE counselor. He serves on the MWV Housing Coalition Board of Directors and is on the Town of Conway’s Zoning Board of Adjustment.  He has also served as Chairman of the Conway Board of Selectman and served on the  Budget Committee. In addition to volunteering and work activities, he enjoys skiing and is a professional ski instructor.

Diane joined the Council in 2014.  She is responsible for the financial reporting, audits, loan processing and grant administration.  Diane loves living in the Mt. Washington Valley.  She previously served on the Town of Conway Budget Committee and as the Treasurer for the Town of Conway.
